Healing Garden BBC Gardener’s World

Project Summary

A commission by The Blackthorn Trust to implement this very special design by renowned garden designer Marian Boswall.

We had to:

• Install 6 very heavy bespoke German-made glass panels commissioned by the artist Stoney Parsons. This required careful preparation and installation from overcoming technical engineering solutions for a frameless install, secure anchoring to logistical hurdles in manoeuvring and handling.
• This was a live site with Therapy units and sales areas, which had to remain fully operational during the install of the garden
• One of a growing number of wellness gardens, which explores the role in well-being and therapy of gardens, this project generated much interest from local and national media culminating in a segment on BBC gardeners world.
