Marlene Lento studied Interior Architecture at the Academy of Applied Arts in Munich and Environmental Design at the University of California Los Angeles. She spent five years designing for California’s rich and famous before settling in ‘the Garden of England’. Marlene enjoys the great variety of styles she gets to create for clients. Her designs have included contemporary urban gardens, traditional cottage, country house and kitchen gardens, water features, and outdoor entertainment and play spaces. Whether it means to combine old and new with confidence or to sympathetically blend hardscapes and softscapes with an existing style, Marlene has a pragmatic approach that prioritises her clients’ individual requirements and aspirations while respecting their budgets.
